Juice Crafters is a rapidly developing company in the “health food” industry, seeking smart, energetic and ambitious people to join our team. This is an exciting time for us and you so start by submitting your application today!

The internship would provide exposure to all facets of running a successful business, and has a primary focus on the following:

• 50% in operations and customer service (phone and email)
• 50% in market research, marketing, sales support

All team members work closely with the company’s owners and other full-time staff. We sometimes work outside of the Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm hours so flexibility in scheduling is extremely helpful.

While we are eager to provide you with an opportunity to grow in experience with business management skills and knowledge of business operations oversight, the ideal candidate will bring the following ‘tools’ with them to the internship:

• An ability to communicate professionally in writing, on the phone, and in person
• Eagerness to learn how growing companies operate
• An ability to work with all types of people and bring a sense of humor to a fast paced production environment
• Must be highly self-motivated and capable of working independently; demonstrate a desire to challenge one’s self and take on significant responsibility
• Professional demeanor and a clear sense of responsibility and dependability

Other ideal strengths:

• Possess strong computer skills (including Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.)
• Ability to learn marketing and sales techniques
• Work with team to develop & implement strategies to improve customer service, drive sales, and increase profitability
• Ensure customer needs are met, resolve complaints in a timely manner
