This is my 3rd time doing I am doing a juice cleanse, the previous times were great but with this juice cleanse I felt something else happening to my body, it was a feeling of a complete flush of my system and it seemed like I am loosing weight by the minute:). The green juices are not the easiest to work with since its really just a over 40 lbs of vegetables but after a few hours I got used to it. I wouldn't do this cleanse if I was a beginner but since I have an idea of what a juice cleanse is I decided that this is the one that would give me the most results and it did. (Posted on 1/11/13)
